What Causes Pain And Stiffness In The Shoulders?
My right shoulder bone is sticking out higher than my left shoulder bone and it is sore to the touch in my right shoulder is in constant pain and when I wake up in the morning sometimes as stiff as a board I can barely roll out of bed almost brings me to tears what could be the problem?
