What Causes Pain And Stiffness In The Back?

I have noticed two bones or what it is? They bulge out more than usuall and are sore when I touch them. I train a lot and have had a stiff back before but now I m really feeling stronger and don t have as much pain as before. So I m a little worried about what this is.

Hello,
In my opinion I think you have a mild non-symptomatic displacement of the vertebra. But it can never be confirmed without an examination. If I were your treating doctor I would do examination and X-Ray of the spine to confirm the diagnosis.
Hope I have answered all your queries. If you have any more questions I would be happy to help. Thank you.
