What Causes Pain And Soreness In Lower Back Along With Lower Rib Cage?

Ongoing lower left back pain along lower rib cage,really sore when I move certain ways or bend or get Jared in the up and down movement. It feels bruised ,I have had kidney stones before and it s not the same pain.don t know where to start with dr. Visits

Dear- thanks for using our service. I understand your concern and agreed that the pain that you are describing is more muscular because it changes when moves. Kidney stone does not change when you move the body. It can be muscle spasm or pinched nerve from bulging disk or spinal stenosis. I recommend you to try an anti-inflammatory to see if you get an improvement of your symptoms. If you don't ,then will need lumbosacral xray .
