Aloe vera , Turmeric powder with a cup of cow's hot milk at bed time lead towards healthy life .
For proper blood circulation and strengthen your immune system regular exercise is as important as diet program .
Regular walk ,yoga .pranayam ,Kapal bhaatti 3 - 15 minutes , Deep Breathing - Inhale - Hold 2 sec - Exhale -Hold 2 sec - as directed by the yoga expert .
