What Causes Pain And Pressure In The Tailbone?
I have had pain from my tailbone after a recent hospitalization that I thought came from pressure on it from lying in bed for several days. Two weeks later I m still sore in that area and now the skin is dark and feels rough in that area. What can this be?

I really appreciate your concern, actually it is very common complain seen and most of the time it may be due to some arthritis changes although for confirmation imaging study need to be get done till then it can be managed with Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day, because of the continues pressure this is happening for local skin changes soothing agent can be used which contains liquid paraffin, lactic acid and steroid hope this information helps.
