What Causes Pain And Pressure In The Chest While Lying Down?

For the past few weeks when i lay down i get a pain and pressure in my chest. It seems to ease up when i stand or sit up. I like to run alot and thought it had to do with that but i dont have any pain while running. Just a hard time catching my breath.Should I be worried. Don't want to have to quit running.
