What Causes Pain And Itching In Arms While On Lamictal?

i ve been taking lamictal as a mood stabaliser since august 2014. the dosage i m on now is 100mg at night. i have had a very intense, electrifying bug biting pain/itch with NO RASH on my arms. the pain/itch is nt there always and sometimes on only one arm and can be in different spots. last night both my arms were in hell and so was i. my Dr prescribed piles cream months ago and it can work at times. last night i could have taken to them with a knife. my fingernails are short luckily, the bruising is coming out today. please tell me if i should forget the lamictal that is making me a lot more stabilized within life.
