What Causes Pain And Itching Around The Anus?
My four year old has been complaining of pain when she sits down. All the time. I looked at her bottom and it was purple around her anus. There was one little raised area too. She complains that her other area hurts too and is always scratching it. I don t know what it is or what to do.

It seems that your she might be having worm infestation.
Due to itching caused by worms there might be soreness on the part giving rise to pain and some eruption.
Go for stool test for ova and cyst of worms.
Afterwards go for anti-worm treatment like Albendazole medicine.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Keep her nails well cut and maintain good nail hygiene.
