dear sir,
i am 35yrs male suffering from ankylosing spondilties from last 2 years.i also suffered acute anterior uvieities in both my eyes one by one last year.currently i am taking folitrax 7.5(methotrexate tablets) once in a weak and folinal once daily except folitrax 7.5 day.currently very little pain in the spine and pelvic but severe pain in both side of my stomach specialy left side as some heavy bag is hagging down.pls suggest me what this pan relates to is it kidney or some else and what should i do,my next date for dr is on 8th nov

The given symptoms could be due to gastritis and it may be drug induced. Second thought -- it may be colicky pain, like biliary colic, renal colic, intestinal colic.
It may be due to infection. Diet may be the cause, so try to change the diet first. Avoid taking junk food, spicy food, oily food, drink more water.
If it is self limiting then will come around in couple of days, else you have to go for investigations.
