What Causes Pain And Hearing Loss In The Left Ear?

I have been having problems with my left ear for almost two weeks. Can t hear and at first it was throbbing. I ve been prescribed ear drops which won t go in and yesterday was prescribed amoxicillin oral antibiotic. I started sneezing and runny nose yesterday and my head feels like it s going to explode. What do you recommend?

it can be wax.middle ear infection effecting medulla and cochoclia. conduction and nerve deafness is to be tested there can be perforation of tympanic membrane. like wise it can be different reason. it can be eustachian tube block. ent doctor has to do detail check up and pinpoint the problem. after diagnosis treatment can be recomanded accordingly.
