General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

With a weak urine stream, I feel your problem may rather be of prostatic origin. Your symptoms may not be related to vasectomy. Also, appendicitis present with real pains in the right iliac fossa or right flank. It may also be less likely in your case.

I will suggest you see a urologist for a complete prostatic evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mbuomboh Veranso
