What Causes Pain And Discomfort Between Left Side Of Anus And Testicles?

I have pain and discomfort in the space between my anus and testicles on the left side. I have been diagnosed with a varicocele in the past, but have not experienced this sort of pain before. It feels like a swollen vein in that space. Any ideas what it could be? Is it related to my varicocele?

Yes.pain might be because of varicocele.
Usually pain is not much severe in case of varicocele.
Varicocele also lead to infertility.
So has to be treated.
