Hello,

Pain and discomfort in the head of the penis is commonly due to UTI, urethritis, prostatitis, pathology in the prostrate or the urinary bladder. You are suggested to get urinalysis (C/S and R/E ) done and get clinically examined by a GP or a Urologist. If it is UTI, it will be treated with antibiotics and analgesics. Take plenty of water. You can take syrup Alkacitron (10ml) with a cup of water twice daily.

If other pathology is suspected (kidney stone, prostatitis, etc) the treating doctor will recommend investigations and imaging tests. You will be treated accordingly. You can take Spasmol (spasmoproxyvon), one SOS when needed and antacids to relieve abdominal pain. If sexually active with multiple partners you can get STD tests done to be on the safer side.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
