What Causes Pain And Cramping In The Breast And Abdomen?

Currently having abd pain with distention in the abdomen. Pain under the right breast area across abdomen and cramping. Had the pain under the breast for a couple of weeks but the Abd pain and swelling today. Hx of breast cancer on right about 1 year ago
