What Causes Pain And Clicking Sound In Wrists Along With Finger Cramps?

My wrist clicks when I turn it (I can hear the bones cracking/clicking around each other) and is very sore. I had previously sprained it but did not do anything about it (kept swimming with it). It gets even worse when I am writing, typing, or swimming. My fingers also cramp up and get sore as well. What is wrong with my wrist?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with pain and cracking sounds around your wrist region that is worse during swimming writing and typing following a previous history of sprain I am suggesting that you have developed a rheumatoid arthritis

In view of this please do an x-ray of the wrist and take the following Tablet Athrotec lyrica gabapentin

If no improvement schedule an appointment with an orthopaedic specialist for further clinical assessment and expert management

Please register for physiotherapy at least three times a week

I hope this helps
Regards and get well soonest
