What Causes Pain And Burning Sensation In The Vagina Be Treated?

I have a burning feeling and a little pain in my vaginal area. I seem to get this every couple of months for several days. I am 60 years old and I have Psoriatic Arthritis and am taking Humera. Its more uncomfortable than anything and the burning is irritating.
