i woke up today first thing i did was sit down to pee... it felt like i had a lot of presure behide my stream ,,,it felt like i may have tore a lil bit at first ..but the pain was quick and went away ... after peeing ya penis bleed alittle bit then stopped .. no blood in the uirna.. just after .. iv peed once since then and beside the first quick shot of pain when the urian comes out no problems and no blood till after .. the last time was lighter but you can still see traces of blood ....
Pain & blood in urine is commonly due to infection (E.Coli), kidney or bladder stone, prostate hypertrophy, STI's. Get physically examined, get investigations, Urinalysis, CBC, IVP, Cystoscopy, USG & CT, test for STD done to confirm the diagnosis.
Your treatment will depend upon the pathology detected. It will be treated with medications or surgery if required. Do not ignore your problem, get treated at the earliest. Take plenty of water & stay away from addictions if any.
