What Causes Pain And Bloating In The Abdomen?
I am 35 and a doctor last year said my liver test was bad, he also looked in my stomach and large intestine and found nothing, I stopped seeing him. Today still have very bad abdominal pain, feel and look bloated, feel blockage and constipation, feel hot and sweat a lot. This is constant and on going for years.

Hi,
I would advise for-
- small & frequent food with more proteins, vegetables, salad, fruits.
- Drink a lot of water (12 glasses on a day)
- Have regular exercises daily for 45 minutes.
In case of no improvement in 1 month... add digestive enzymes (Vitazyme) over the counter. If no relief in one month consult a gastroenterologist.
