What Causes Pain And Bloating In The Abdomen?

I am having slight pain, lots of bloating in small intestine area...Dr. gave me Creon...said this would help my pancreas break down sugars and starches. He did not run a test to determine if my pancreas was not working properly. I think I have a bacterial infection in small intestine and have same symptoms as I had Feb.,2016...I was given Cephalaxin. I get very uncomfortable when lieing down to go to bed and seem to almost faint. Can you give me any ideas?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to bloating. I suggest using simethicone medication three tablets a day. Is also recommended to sue daily probiotics. I suggest to eat a plain diet and drink a lot of liquid.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
