Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have gone through your question and here is my advice. There are many reasons behind abdominal bloating problem. Food intolerance may be ruled out. Intestinal infection may lead to abdominal bloating. Gastroesophageal reflux disease cause problem and nausea. Intestinal condition like Crohn disease may cause abdominal bloating problem. More fatty food consumption and fast eating may cause abdominal bloating problem. Stress and tension may aggravate the condition. Consult a gastroenterologist for further treatment.
