What Causes Pain And Bleeding During Bowel Movements?

sir, whn i go for motion , i had more pain while doing motion that place i think its is burning or cutting then please tell me medicine from that i would not had any problem by doing motion any scrup , and sometime it started bleeding from that place.

Intestinal infection or gastric ulcer may cause blood in stool.
Diverticulitis may ruled out.

Consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Stool examination test is helpful.

Abdominal ultrasound sonography is helpful for further diagnosis.
Colonoscopy can done if needed.
