General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

The reason of such symptoms is either hemorrhoid or anal fissure.
Hemorrhoids are very often caused by a pregnancy. Fissure is a kind of wound in the anus which is very painful when the stool is passing.
In both cases suppositories for hemorrhoids, hot baths with Oak Bark, increased fiber and mineral water intake should help with the pain.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
