What Causes Pain And Anger When On Nordette?

The clinic has changed my pill frm oralcon (5mnths) , to nordette( 2) month this, im angry al da tym, weepy, light pain on lower abdominal side( ryt). Spotting,could this b a side effect, on oralcon i did have sum problems but they stoped aftr my 3rd cycle.
