What Causes Pain After Bowel Movement?

Hello, I am having problems with my stools, I have had an anal fissure for 6 months but the past month has been fine no pain no blood, I then had gastroenteritis and a cold I have had a blocked nostril for a few weeks which won t go away, now I am starting to get a pain/ache from my rectum after I have a bowel movement this can last from 1 hour to 6 hours the muscle feel tight! Also a few time the stool has had a fishy smell and has in in digested food in it hope you can help

According to your complain you have problem of gastrointestinal infection.
Stool examination test is helpful for diagnosis.

Gastric ulcer may cause pain after food eating.
Indigestion of food may cause stmach pain problem.

Colonoscopy may done for further diagnosis.
