Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Most women do not experience pain after a Pap smear. In certain cases, however, you may feel slight sensations of pelvic discomfort, pressure or pain while your doctor removes cervical cells. Such complications are temporary and typically resolve as soon as the Pap smear is completed. If you're symptoms not improving are you observed spotting or bleeding or crampy pain please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
