ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
This could be a sinus infection. The nose block could be due to nasal congestion.
I recommend the following.
1) A course of antibiotics.
2) Analgesics like paracetamol for pain relief.
3) Oxymetazoline nasal drops for relieving nasal block. Dont use this drops continuously for more than 6 days.
4) Steam inhalation to promote sinus ventilation and improve sinus drainage.
5) You might need a CT scan of sinuses to evaluate the cause as this is a chronic problem.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I am happy to help you.

Regards,

Dr.Paparaja S. MBBS MS
