What Causes Pain Above Belly Button?

Since three days I am having pain just above my belly button. I also have cough for the past few days. I was operated for an ovarian cyst a year and a half ago. I also delivered a baby after the surgery, which was during the end of my first trimester.

The pain above the belly button is unrelated to your surgery so rest assure.
Pain may be due some irritation in stomach due to food or acidity. Cough may also be due to irritation of upper respiratory tract because of acidity.

Take Cap Omeprazole once daily for 5 days, Tab. Hyoscine twice daily for 3 days, tab Aceclofenac twice daily for 3 days.
Drink lots of water, avoid fried and spicy foods, do not eat upto full stomach.
