Hello,

Usually, Levothyroxine tablets are very well tolerated by most patients. However, very rarely some may develop some allergic reactions like skin rashes. Are you sure that the rash has occurred due to Levothyroxine only? If the reaction is not severe enough then you may use some anti-allergic to control the rash like Levocetirizine once or twice a day. That will control allergy whatever may be the cause. However, if allergy persists then you will have to meet the endocrinologist for a consultation and clarify the matter.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
