What Causes Osteophytes In Spine Along With Lower Back Pain?

hewllo i have been diagnosed with spurs on my spine and have had a couple back injuries i was working out stretching no weeigts and 10 min after i was done i started to ache on my lower back right side now i cant move its like worse then labour pains and i dont have no way odf pay pal credit cRDS EXC

I can understand your concern.
Osteophytes are mostly due to healing of previous spine injury.
And these Osteophytes can cause compression of the nerves and pain, numbness etc.
These are two options for treatment.
1. Medical management (conservative)
2. Surgical management.
In medical management, aggressive physiotherapy in the form of massage, ultrasound, wax, diathermy, warm water pad application etc are included.
If conservative approach fails then surgical removal of Osteophytes is the only option.
So consult orthopedic doctor and discuss all these.
