3 yrs old daughter. Orange urine, no other symptoms. No carrots or other orange food in the last few days. Mixer of 1/3 Apple juice and 2/3 water to drink and I believe she is drinking plenty to stay hydrated. Alive gummie vitamin (one a day) and yummy bears omega3 vitamin (one a day). Every pee for the last 24 hrs has been orange. Dr appt, er, or just give more drink and monitor her a little longer? She has never had this problem before.
