What Causes Onset Of Hepatitis-B Symptoms After Stopping Liv 52?

Hi, I was diagnised with Hepatitis B, a herbal doctor friend recommended i use Liv 52. after using it for three months there was a very big change. I continued for another two months and stop. Its now one year and two months since i stopped using it but have started experiencing same symptoms again. Should i go back to liv52, how long should i use it to have my problem solved completely or is there a better recommendation. Regards Nyagecheme

Hello,

Liver is one of the main organs of the body, since you have a history hepatitis B, you need to be very careful about your diet. Relapses are common if you are leading a careless lifestyle. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP & get CBC, Urinaluysis, Liver function tests & Imaging test done. Yes, you can continue to take Liv 52, take digestives like Aristozyme.

To prevent acid refluX you can take antacids or PPI's, one sos when required. Cut on alcohol intake, cut on trans fat, refined flour, oily, spicy food, cheese, butter, red meat, poultry products to help your liver detox itself. You can take easily digestible food like Khichri, oatmeal, porridge, etc. Take boiled food for a couple of day. Do not take raw fruits or veggies, it will stress your liver. Take only cooked food.

Sta well hydrated 7 take adequate rest. Stay connected with your treating doctor for follow up examinations.

Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, etc. Relapses occur due to unhealthy eating, stressssful lifestyle, inadequate sleep & addictions (like alcohol, drugs, medicines, etc).

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
