What Causes Occasional Aches In Vagina?

HI I m currently getting laser hair removal on my pelvic area. A full brazialian. I m about 7 treatments in and 2 treatments from being completely done. The past month or so I ve been getting these random times where my labia just gets achy, usually when I lay down or sit in a position for to long. I went and got a yearly done and ruled out any STIs and my pap came out clear. Could my hair removal be doing this? Or could this just be satellite pain from sore muscles? How could I fix it? Thanks!
