What Causes Obstructive Sensations In The Chest And Esophagus?
Hi there. Last night I ate some beef spare ribs that were poorly prepared. The last bite was fatty/cartilagey and soon after gave me the sensation that it was stuck in my esophagus/chest. I thought it would go away but today it feels the same. Ate some yogurt, banana and lots of water. Tried some antacids and inducing vomiting. Thanks for you help!
Due irritation of the esophageal mucosa or small abrasion or stretching may cause foreign body feeling, which may lead to difficulty in swallowing or pain. Please consult your gastroenterologist he will examine through the endoscopy and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
