Dear Soldier,
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. Hyper vigilant, sleep issues such as not being able to set a normal sleep pattern, eating problems, short temper, feelings of guilt, sometimes sad, short term memory problems etc are normal problems with everyone at your age. Especially you are a soldier. You must have came across many positive attributes which you cultivated while you were in army. be proud of that.

I suggest you to consult a psychologist / psychiatrist for proper diagnosis, even though I don't see any immediate problem with you. Just to make sure, there is nothing wrong, please take some assessment psychometric tests. Take care.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, please use this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
