Hi
thanks for your query.
Incomplete data: Age, gender, any medical illness or any intake of medicines.

The features are suggestive of inflammed nerves which could be due to nutritional deficiency of vitamins. Get examined by a doctor to rule out the other common causes like pinched nerve, diabetes, hypothyroidism, etc.

Meanwhile take mecobalmin tablets for about 3-4 weeks.
if there is no improvement you many need some antidepressants or carbamazepine to control the painful nerve pain.

Hope this answers your query.
A feed back is appreciated.
