What Causes Numbness In The Left Leg Along With Pain In The Back?

I have ankolosing spondilitis and rheumatoid arthritis was diagnosed with both over 15 years ago. Currently on benaparli injections. Over the last couple of weeks I have started getting numbness feeling in my legs mainly my left leg, and its always in the evening and more of a throbbing pain in my back

Numbness is basically compression over your nerves and in addition to that, it could be due to compression over blood vessels which are supplying that part of the body. Please start some relaxation technique like Yoga. It is very simple. Please try "Shavasana" (Means lying like a dead body for 5 minute.)
