Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I understand your concern, and would explain that your symptoms are related to the nerve compression in the spinal cord region, probably caused by surgery. Lyrica can help improve your situation. I would also recommend taking alpha lipoic acid supplements and vitamins. Physiotherapy can also help improve your situation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
