What Causes Numbness In The Arms And Neck Pain?

I have arnold chari malformation1 ...5mm and it has not change in 2 years but now I am having vertigo numbness arms and neck pain and weakness in legs and arms and pain and hearing lass at times and buzzing in ears ,also was told I have scaring alot in the frontal lobe

AC Malformations you can have tingling neck pain and problems with neck and back pain. The mean age that this takes place is at 34 years old. Now the leg numbness could come from compression onto the dorsal column before the fibers get to the brain by the actual malformation itself. This would be a symptomatic AC. I would see a neurosurgeon for this one.
