What Causes Numbness In Legs & Knee Post Knee Replacement?

Hi!7 years ago, I had both my knees replaced at the same time and now if I stand too long, my right top part of my leg goes numb and I have to walk it off to get feeling back. I was wondering if something is not right with my knee replacement or if something is pushing against something in my leg to cause the numbness? Thank you
