General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Early changes of ischemia before frank stroke can reveal numb hands without CT scan findings. A detailed clinical examination with motor and sensory evaluation, peripheral nerves, reflexes of upper and lower limbs are mandatory for the probable diagnosis and cure accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
