What Causes Numbness In Fingers, Chest Pain And Twitching In Eyes?

hello I ve had numbness in my left thumb and index all day and I ve got some chest pains mostly after eating. I also have my right eye lid twitching and shortness of breath. I have a heart murmur but I did and MRI lately and nothing was too serious but I still have anxiety about it what could I possibly have ? I read it could be nerve damage
