It does not matter if i am sitting, standing or lying down and it is even hard to find a right position. What do you think it could be?

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I have studied your case and I think you might be having either a nerve compression in the neck also called cervical spondylitis or it can be neuropathy.
I would suggest you to meet a orthopedic surgeon, get neck x ray. Also get serum B 12 estimation.
If there is cervical spondylitis I would recommend you to get neck muscle strengthening exercise.
Intermittent cervical traction is also helpful. Tablet pregabalin and methylcobal will be useful for you. If there is vitamin B 12 deficiency than You need to take methylcobal injections.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions. Thanks
