What Causes Nose Bleeds And Hearing Loss?

My 17th year old son has sudden hearing loss that continues to decline. The doctors have not been able to determine the cause. He also has nose bleeds around four times every day. Some of the nose bleeds gush blood. The nose bleeds started around two years ago and have progressively gotten worse. The hearing loss started about 18 months ago. Do you know of anything that would involve the hearing loss and nose bleeds?

A male, in this age, with history of severe nasal bleed, an important diagnosis of angiofibroma should never be missed and should be ruled out. this is a tumour seen in nasal cavity which continue to grow in posterior part and obstruct eustachian tube and cause conductive deafness. please get an endoscopy and hearing assesment done before trying other methods.
obviously a history of continuous nose picking should be ruled out.
