General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the severe abdomen pain indicates possible gastritis or acute food poisoning via ingestion of toxins in the food or beverages. However, the bleeding nose does suggest raised pressure in the blood vessels of the nose and which can be part of systemic hypertension or others. I would recommend to get vital parameters checked at an ER without any delay.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
