What Causes Nose Bleed With Light Head?
My son has been having nose bleeds and looks pale. He stayed home from school today because he said he feels lightheaded like he is going to pass out when he stands up. He was at baseball practice last night and felt the same way and had to sit down. He is 14 yrs old.

This is bit unlikely to have such a problem in such a child of just 14.
I would advise to have an urgent ENT check-up and MRI of the brain and the nose to see there is no mass and secondary effects.
IF these investigations are normal you can think about general problem.
The tests of blood and urine will tell that he is not anemic.
Just confirm that he had no injury - which he may be hiding.
