What Causes Non-itchy Hard Bumps On Inner Thighs?

I am a 60 yo post-menopausal female & noticed a spreading non-itchy rash of tiny hard bumps on the upper inner thighs. No other symptoms. On several meds for Crohn s & other conditions. Also wear protective linings due to Crohn s (possible allergy?)The bumps are not painful, & don t bleed either., look whitish instead of red. Will make an app t but wonder about possible diagnoses? Thanks.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

These non-itchy tiny bumps could be folliculitis or ezcema or some allergic reaction but they must be visually inspected to diagnose or to come at a certain conclusion.

Also, they may be related to your concomitant crohn's disease.

In my advise, you should see a dermatologist who will examine these bumps or rashes and may order some tests to rule out above possibilities as i mentioned.

You might require some anti-allergic medicines like cetrizine with topical corticosteroids but only after some diagnosis.

Regards,
