ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello dear,
After going through your history, I believe you have some genuine concern and I will try to help you out of this situation.

As per my experience the sound ( I guess it is like whistling type) is due to a hole in the septum ( wall that divides the nose into two), which might have occurred after the operation due to some cause. So you have to confirm it from an ENT surgeon. In that condition, although the air is entering through your nose, you can not sense it and you are feeling like the nose is blocked.
For permanent solution, you should visit an ENT surgeon and do an endoscopy of the nose which will guide your doctor for proper management.

I hope I could solve your query. Please do not hesitate to clarify more doubts for the same situation.

Thank you for the way you are in my life.
