According to your history that you are having regular menstrual cycle and not getting pregnancy . Even after 4 years of marriage .
Before any thing else please get in SEMEN analysis of your husband because this is an important parameter in infertility cases .
If semen analysis is within normal limit then consult an INFERTILITY specialist and get his opinion for you.
