Hi.im a single mom of 2.9yr old boy and 12yr old daughter.i have suffered with depression and anxiety most if my life I was on countless medications counselling ut did c.b.t sessions 2yrs ago and put on right medication 30mg daily.my daughter has recently received 2counselling sessions went well.she gets nightmares sleeps with me low confidence highly intelligent kind tall beautiful young lady she s due in Aug for another appointment but a Dr will b present to observe her I m very supportive I talk daily wit her go for walks praise her.just want to know a book that might b helpful she s a bookworm and I cud do it wit her.thank u for ur time and sorry for long txt thank u very much for just listening best wishes to u Margaret
