What Causes Nightmares, Excessive Crying And Appetite Loss While On Prozac?

I was on paxil for the better part of 12 years to control anxiety. It helped a lot. Recently I have had multiple depressive episodes and asked my doctor if maybe I should try prozac. I had been on 30mg paxil and felt stable. I tapered down to 20mg paxil then 10mg paxil+20 mg prozac.I felt pretty good. Then the problems started when I went to 20mg prozac exclusively. Terrible Nightmares, crying, loss of appetite, sleeping too much, low energy. Is this a sign that prozac isn t right for me and I should go back to paxil? Or should I stick with it? it s been 11 days since I started exclusively prozac.
